National Sales Executive

  • Strong understanding of the National Canadian sales landscape, including experience working with Quebec based advertisers.  Previous experience in audio/podcasts sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Deliver net new revenue growth via targeted key accounts ownership comprising agency and client direct advertisers. Proven track record of managing a deal cycle from opportunity identification to close.
  • Strategically minded and can generate business plans for all owned accounts that meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting/lead management, qualifying, presentations, proposals and contract negotiations, managing and closing sales opportunities.
  • Manage and track sales leads, pipeline, reporting, and forecasting via Salesforce.
  • Adept learner with their finger on the pulse of relevant media industry trends, news and innovations and actively shares new knowledge/insights to both clients and the internal team.
  • Assist in training new employees and provide mentorship to junior staff as needed.


Candidate must be able to travel to Toronto on a daily basis to attend client/partner and internal meetings as needed. Travel to other Canadian markets is required on a quarterly basis. This role is otherwise 100% remote.
